How long will my order take to be delivered?
For home delivery, order turn around time can be up to 3 weeks, but a lot less in most cases. If you select delivery to school this will be on the pre-determined date indicated when you put your order in. If in doubt, please ask.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No we don't, you can simply order just one item if you wish.
Can you order throughout the year?
Orders can be placed via the website at any time during the year.
Can my child try the garments on for size?
During the school year we endeavour to have uniform fitting events at the some of the schools we supply where children can try on our garments. Sadly our premises are not retail and we are therefore unable to allow the general public onto our site. We do indicate fitted chest / waist sizes on all of our products to assist you in gauging the correct size. Please check with your child's school to find out if they are holding a uniform fitting event.
I've ordered the wrong size, can you replace my garment with the correct size?
Items with a sizing issue should be returned to us along with your full contact details, post paid, unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days. Subject to inspection we will forward another size on receipt of any price difference and return postage. This is why it is important you order the correct size to start with to save any extra cost to yourself.
What if my garment is faulty?
Armstrong UK will always endeavour to ensure that items supplied are of the highest quality and free from faults and errors. If you should have a quality problem with any garment, please return it to us, post paid with your full contact details. We will inspect for faults and / or damage and advise you of our findings. Where a genuine manufacturing fault has occurred we will of course happily issue a replacement and a refund of postage. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Can you supply my child with school uniform even though their school is not on your website?
We can only supply uniform to school's that authorise us to do so. If in doubt, please ask.
Can I pay by cheque or cash?
We cannot take online orders by cheque or cash. If you wish to pay by cheque you must pick up an order form from your school, complete it and hand back to school reception with your cheque payment. Any cheques that are returned or represented will be subject to a £5 fee. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of cleared funds. Please note we are unable to take any orders by cash, and cannot be held responsible for any cash that may go missing. In certain circumstances your school finance department may be able to handle your cash payment, if in doubt please contact your school.
